
General Principles
We have worked for a wide range of clients, from private individuals, to multinational organisations, and everything in between.
Some of the work we do is sensitive. It can also be of vital importance, but we are happy to meet and talk, and then let you decide, for yourself, whether you trust us to work for you.

We also aim to work with the utmost integrity, and honesty, and stive to be courteous and fair in all our dealings with our customers. We will aim listen and to ask thoughtful questions - so we can better understand your needs, goals, concerns, or problems

Services & Fees
We aim to offer high quality and high value for money, so that you can get real benefit from us.
For most of our services, we quote a set of daily rates, in advance. But depending on the nature of the work package, we may also quote a total fixed price / project price.
Communication
We aim to communicate with you openly and frequently, and keep your information confidential at all times, honouring any commitments we make to you.
We do not screen telephone calls. When you call, we will aim to transfer you directly to the person most approrpriate for listening to your call. We also endeavour to return or acknowledge any communications, within five working days.
We believe completely that your perception of our performance is always the reality - and are constantly striving to find new ways to provide a better service, and would welcome any of your ideas, comments, and suggestions. We consider customer feedback to be critical to continuing the innovations and improvements we can make.
